What are other parents saying?

"My 2.5 year old was having sleep issues that we just couldn't figure out. He had always been an amazing sleeper, so it was so out of character. Thanks to Rebecca's support and webinar, we had tools to better identify what issues he was having (it turned out to be anxiety) and tools to help him sleep. We're back to great nights!"

"After a month and a half of trying to figure out why our 3 year old son was waking up for hours at a time, and trying to solve the sleep regression on our own, we reached out to Rebecca. She provided a very thorough and structured plan. We highly recommend Rebecca and The Sugar Plum Sleep Co. No price tag can be attached to the help and guidance that she provided."

"Our 3 year old wasn’t sleeping through the night and needed Daddy to lay down with her to help her fall asleep. She gave us the confidence to follow her plan and remain consistent with our new routine. Our daughter has learned to fall asleep on her own and everyone is now sleeping through the night!! We are very, very thankful to Rebecca and definitely recommend her!"

Yes. I want that!

Q. How fast will I see results?

A. All children respond to sleep training differently. Measuring your child’s success will help show their progress and highlight areas for improvement. Most children will experience an ability to fall asleep without the use of props and more consolidated stretches of sleep at night within 3-5 days of training. The quality, consistency and predictability of naps (if applicable) will take longer.

Q. Will my child cry?

Crying is your child’s way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries.

Q. What is your refund policy?

This guide comes with a 14-day refund period. If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of information, you will receive 100% of your investment.

Q. What can I expect from this guide?

A. Convenience. Do you really have the time and energy to read another book about sleep? I’ll fill in the gaps and eliminate the confusion.

Confidence. Children aren’t robots. We can’t program them to sleep, but we can develop a stronger understanding of their sleep needs. My goal is make sure that you are able to address anxiety, navigate developmental milestones, travel and illness to ensure that your child’s sleep stays on track.

Results. Enough said.
