A. All children respond to sleep training differently. Measuring your child’s success will help show their progress and highlight areas for improvement. Most children will experience an ability to fall asleep without the use of props and more consolidated stretches of sleep at night within 3-5 days of training. The quality, consistency and predictability of naps (if applicable) will take longer.
