What are other parents saying?
"Rebecca's course on infant sleep is full of helpful resources, including advice on tough situations like night wakings, way-too-early morning risers, and the dreaded Daylight Savings change. Both her personalized support and that of the other parents in the sleep-deprived trenches were invaluable."
"Thank you Rebecca for providing an easy to use and informative tool to help us with our daughter's sleep. The additional support offered was a key factor in helping us meet our sleep goals for our family. We are better rested and confident in our methods going forward. Thanks again!!" 😊
"When I looked back at my goals I feel like I did actually meet them! I still think there is some work to do to get my daughter on a more predictable schedule but I have seen improvements on the length of her naps and better nighttime sleep. I also feel more confident on dealing with sleep changes than I did before. Hooray!"

Q. How fast will I see results?
A. All children respond to sleep training differently. Measuring your child’s success will help show their progress and highlight areas for improvement. Most children will experience an ability to fall asleep without the use of props and more consolidated stretches of sleep at night within 3-5 days of training. The quality, consistency and predictability of naps will take longer. I’ll guide you every step of the way to make sure your child’s progress is on track.
Q. Will my child cry?
Crying is your child’s way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries.
Q. What is your refund policy?
This program comes with a 14-day refund period. If you decide that this program isn't right for you or you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of information or level of support given, you will receive 100% of your investment, so long as you haven't completed more than 25% of the course.
Q. What can I expect after completing this course?
A. Convenience. Do you really have the time and energy to read another book about sleep? I’ll fill in the gaps and eliminate the confusion.
Confidence. Babies aren’t robots. We can’t program them to sleep, but we can develop a stronger understanding of their sleep needs. My goal is make sure that you are able to navigate developmental milestones, travel, teething and illness to ensure that your child’s sleep stays on track
Results. Enough said.
Yes. I want that!
