Q. How fast will I see results?
A. All children respond to sleep training differently. Measuring your child’s success will help show their progress and highlight areas for improvement. Most children will experience an ability to fall asleep without the use of props and more consolidated stretches of sleep at night within 3-5 days of training. The quality, consistency and predictability of naps will take longer.
Q. Will my child cry?
Crying is your child’s way of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries.
Q. What is your refund policy?
This guide comes with a 14-day refund period. If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of information, you will receive 100% of your investment.
Q. What can I expect from this guide?
A. Convenience. Do you really have the time and energy to read another book about sleep? I’ll fill in the gaps and eliminate the confusion.
Confidence. Babies aren’t robots. We can’t program them to sleep, but we can develop a stronger understanding of their sleep needs. My goal is make sure that you are able to navigate developmental milestones, travel, teething and illness to ensure that your child’s sleep stays on track.
Results. Enough said.
